The Memory Lane Railway Museum is filled with
pictures, signs and models from the bygone days of railroading in the Annapolis Valley.
The Dominion Atlantic Railway station and freight shed of 1917 is found at 61 School
Street off Route 1.

Exhibits feature scenes from the DAR as well as the CNR's intersecting
line from Bridgewater to Bridgetown. A crossing gate and railway trolleys (speeders)
provide interesting picture opportunities. An extensive collection of railway memrobilia is on display with many historic artifacts including railroad implements from past years, antique station paraphernalia and railway uniforms of bygone days. There are historical books, manuscripts and pictures from Middleton and the surrounding area. Children can operate a hands-on telegraph. Model railways, in various gauges including a garden railway, can be seen in operation. Visit the Bargain Centre and the Antique Farm Display including stationary engines.
